We run a wide range of extra-curricular clubs, societies and teams in which students can participate at lunchtimes or after college. These activities make use of the extensive state-of-the-art facilities in each learning zone. For example, students can practise dance in our dedicated dance studio in the Performance Zone or participate in the Food Fanatics Club in the Enterprise Zone. There is also a strong selection of sports activities throughout the week.
We offer the
Duke of Edinburgh’s Award scheme, where students aged 14 and upwards find themselves helping people or the wider community, getting fitter, developing skills and going on an expedition. This enables students to pick up experiences, friends and talents that will stay with them for the rest of their lives.
The curriculum is further enriched by a number of successful, high quality residential and day trips throughout the year. These give students the chance to experience new cultural and outdoor pursuits.
