John Ferneley is a community school and as such only the Local Education Authority (LEA) of Leicestershire County Council can confirm secondary places. The LEA’s Admissions Policy adopted by the school can be accessed via this web site or by ringing the Head’s personal assistant Tracy Feekins on 01664 565901.
Each September the school offers an open evening and three open mornings for parents of prospective pupils to view the school. We encourage pupils to accompany their parents on these visits and liaise with the local primary schools to make this possible.
