The college has a policy for dealing with complaints. If you have a concern or query you should contact the college so that the matter can be discussed with an appropriate member of staff.
It is expected that the majority of questions and anxieties will be dealt with in this way. However, if complaints can’t be resolved please contact the Principal.
If after discussing the issue with the Principal you are still not happy, please contact the Chair of Governors in writing. Letters to the Chair of Governors should be clearly labelled for the attention of the Chair of Governors and sent to the college at the address
