Homework is important and every pupil is expected to do between 60 and 90 minutes homework each night, depending on their age and ability.
A child’s homework timetable is printed on the pages of his/her own John Ferneley personal organiser and can be found on the school’s web site.
Parents are asked to check their child’s homework and sign the homework section of the organiser each week.
The school’s homework policy provides further details about homework tasks and requirements.
Pupils who do not have a computer at home or access to the internet from home but need these resources to successfully complete a homework task can use the library computers until 4:30 pm. |
