A key objective of the school is to develop 'a learning environment which is caring, supportive and disciplined'.
To this end we have in place a pastoral system with the form tutor and team leader at its core. These two members of staff will monitor each student’s academic progress and support and guide personal and social development. How my child will be cared for describes this system in greater detail.
