John Ferneley aims to develop the skills, knowledge and self-confidence of each and every pupil. Every child has a gift and it is our job to develop their talents to the full.
In order to achieve this we will:
- Promote learning. This prime purpose will direct everything that the school does.
- Develop a school ethos which is marked by high expectations.
- Foster the development of self-confidence and self-esteem within a learning environment which is caring, supportive and disciplined.
- Provide a wide range of extra-curricular opportunities and encourage as many children as possible to participate.
